Cabinets and drawers should be emptied before cleaning unless another arrangement is agreed.
Cleaning of accessible interior window glass and window sills.
Screens, exterior glass, tracks, high windows, and specialty windows are not automatically included.
Additional vacuuming and surface attention for homes with pet hair beyond normal routine cleaning.
Routine vacuuming handles normal household pet hair. This add-on applies only when the amount of pet hair requires additional passes or time.
Remove existing bed linens and remake the bed using clean linens provided and ready in the home.
This is separate from laundry service.
Washing, drying, and folding based on the agreed number of loads and available in-home laundry equipment.
Basic sweeping of an accessible garage floor.
Does not include organization, stain removal, pressure washing, or detailed garage cleaning.
Basic sweeping of an accessible balcony or patio.

Some homes need more detail than routine maintenance. Here’s where another AVELYN service or a custom review may be a better fit.
Deep Cleaning
Regular Cleaning may include light dusting or spot attention where appropriate. Detailed cleaning of baseboards, doors, and door frames belongs to Deep Cleaning.
Regular Cleaning covers normal routine household cleaning. Noticeable or significant buildup requiring additional time may be better suited to Deep Cleaning or may require review.

Move Cleaning is designed for empty or mostly empty spaces, allowing AVELYN to reach areas that are normally occupied by belongings and furniture.

Wipe accessible interior cabinet surfaces when emptied.
Wipe accessible interior drawer surfaces when emptied.
Clean accessible shelves and interior surfaces of empty closets.
Clean accessible empty shelving and storage surfaces.
Additional cleaning of accessible areas that become available when the home is empty or mostly empty.
These areas must be empty or substantially cleared unless another arrangement is explicitly agreed. Standard Move Clean does not include unloading or reorganizing full cabinets.

Standard Turnover — Your Agreed Checklist
Clean standard kitchen surfaces, sink, stovetop, exterior appliance surfaces, microwave, floors and normal trash according to the agreed turnover checklist.
Deep cleaning of appliance interiors is not automatically included.
Clean toilet, sink, vanity, mirrors, accessible tub/shower surfaces, fixtures, floors and normal trash according to the agreed turnover checklist.
Dust accessible surfaces, vacuum/mop appropriate floors, empty normal trash and return agreed visible items to the property’s guest-ready setup.
Straighten or remake beds according to the property’s agreed setup.
Bed Reset does not include washing laundry.
When included in the agreed turnover, remove used bed linens and remake beds using clean linens provided and ready at the property.
This does not automatically include washing, drying or managing used linens. Laundry is a separate optional service.
Note obvious visible issues noticed during the cleaning.
This is not a property inspection, maintenance inspection, or professional damage assessment. It does not include finding hidden property damage.
Check agreed guest essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap or other host-specified items.
Checking inventory does not automatically include restocking it. Restocking is an optional service.
Return agreed visible items to the host’s standard setup and complete basic finishing touches according to the property’s agreed checklist.
This is not a full staging or interior-design service.
Optional Turnover Services
Add services based on how your property operates between guests.
Wash, dry and fold agreed linens using available on-site laundry equipment or another agreed workflow.
Availability, number of loads, turnaround requirements and pricing must be agreed for the property.
Help manage the property’s agreed clean/used linen rotation and designated linen storage.
Exact responsibilities are defined in the property’s turnover agreement. This is separate from Laundry / Wash & Fold.
Restock agreed guest essentials using host-provided inventory, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and other agreed guest supplies.
AVELYN does not automatically purchase consumables at its own expense.
Remove agreed leftover guest items and clean accessible refrigerator interior surfaces according to the host’s instructions.
Disposal rules must be agreed with the host. Guest or host items are not discarded without agreed instructions.
Provide a basic set of post-cleaning photos of agreed areas after the turnover.
This is cleaning-completion documentation, not a professional inspection or damage report.
Follow an agreed property-specific checklist for eligible tasks beyond the standard turnover routine.
Additional tasks may affect required cleaning time and pricing.
